We had a situation with our 4 am shuttle, but the night manager went above and beyond and drove us to the airport in his own car. That was greatly appreciated. The room had all the basic amenities we needed, including a coffee maker provided upon request. Breakfast was simple but sufficient with bagels, cereal, coffee, and orange juice.
The room was small and lacked a fridge, microwave, and good lighting. The shuttle service had some issues and caused a bit of stress.
